· Bunnell Industrial, Bunnell, FDEP Brownfield Site – Completed several assessment /remediation projects at a former wood treatment facility, including: preparation of three Remedial Action Plans; design of a "cap" for heavy metal impacted soils; and design of innovative plan to treat heavy metal impacted groundwater
· Penman Plaza, Neptune Beach, FDEP Brownfield Site – Site assessment and remediation of property impacted by organochlorine pesticides, heavy metals, PCBs, volatile organic compounds, semi-volatile organic compounds, and a variety of solid wastes
· Former Waste Oil Site, Jacksonville, FDEP Brownfield Site – Soil assessment and design of engineering control ("cap") for the PCB impacted property
